Alasaadi Group is one of the famous companies in Iraq and Turkey, especially in the field of water, wastewater, roads and bridges projects, in addition to electrical projects, all types of buildings, pile drilling, foundation works, workover and well drilling, well surface and specialist on automation solution with oil filed services.

Employs well trained staff of consultants, engineers, technicians and administrators, and has a large number of specialized machines and equipment which enables the company to construct large projects in the field of engineering and construction.

The company has continuous business and cooperative relations with international companies which are specialized in the fields of engineering and construction in order to attain the most modern construction techniques which are used internationally.

Our main objective is to contribute in the reconstruction of our beloved Iraq generally and Kurdistan Region in particular.

Company history

Alasaadi Group is part of deeply rooted companies in the construction industry for more than five decades.

1974, the first factory for manufacturing marble and mosaic tiles named Galala opened in Erbil, and was the first industrial factory in northern Iraq.

1980 Galala for General Contracting Company was found and became been a country pioneer in the field of construction.

1990 Galala Group became one of the largest industrial group of companies in Iraq and products satisfied the need of the Iraqi market and the rest was exported to the Gulf States.

Mid 1990's Galala Group of Companies branched into several companies in the field of general trading, commercial agencies and contracting.

2007 SWAT Company was founded by the owners of Galala, SWAT Company was created to support the Kurdistan oil and gas needs.

2014 Value travel was established.

2016 SWAT Company became an official representative of EMERSON in Kurdistan of Iraq.

2018 SWAT Company became an official representative of Rodelta Pump in Iraq.

2021 Alasaadi A.Ş Turkey was established.

In 2022, SWAT Company, the official representative of Green Chemicals, started.

2022 Alasaadi Iraq was established.

2023 SWAT NORTH trading co. UAE established.

was established in 28 February 2024 with an production line of cement sack with an monthly anual capacity of 5 million sacks and yearly capacity of 60 million sacks to supply Iraq cement sack demand with international Quality and standards.
